Locate a network orthotics supplier: Click on the Medical Supplies & DME tab on the page, then click on Orthotics.

Orthopedic footwear includes shoes, shoe modifications, or shoe additions.
Orthopedic footwear corrects, accommodates, or prevents a physical deformity or range of motion malfunction.
The health plan covers medically necessary orthopedic footwear and compression stockings as prescribed by a provider.
